res://ieframe.dll/preview.js Crashes Spooler Windows 7 with Ie8

hello

Windows 7-x86 pro member of a PDM with ie8

res://ieframe.dll/preview.js crashes the print spooler. User should manually start the spooler service in order to print.

any idea to correct that plase ?

Here are a couple options for you;
This script does a bunch of stuff, one thing it does is to fix printing issues with IE8
http://iefaq.info/attachments/133/ie8-rereg.zip

Another thing to try is to reset IE8
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Reset-Internet-Explorer-8-settings

Did this plenty of times.

I noticed spooling severvice depends on HTTP ? is this normal ?
I ll try your script

Obviously my opinion is biased, but I think I should get the points.  Let's leave the question open for a few days and see if the poster ever get's back to us on this issue.
