Error ordianl 325 could not be located in the dynamic library shdocvw.dll

I have windows xp with service pack 3.  I tried uninstalling explorer 8 to add in ie 7 and since then i have this problem.  I have booted up in safe mode and system restore wont open.  I tried cmd sfc /scannow and that wont work.

Hi,
Can you download that standalone version on another machine and transfer it via removable device and install.
