1: listing ports that are open?
2: Opening a port for Barracuda Spam appliance.

if you are just trying to route mail traffic to your Barracuda you need to tenter this. i have the same exact setup as you.

static (inside,outside) tcp x.x.x.x smtp z.z.z.z smtp netmask 255.255.255.255

Where x.x.x.x is your outside IP and z.z.z.z is your internal server IP.
