Active Sync, OWA not working with IAG

Intermittently on my IAG box W3wp.exe is at 99% cpu. When this happens it does not allow anymore connections. So OWA and AS stop working. If you kill the process the process starts up again (in a normal CPU range) and then OWA and AS start working again. There are no error messages in the event viewer and I’m not sure what to look for in the httperr logs.

Running 2003r2 sp2 – Celestix IAG box
2FE Exch servers (2003)
7BE Exch servers (2003)

Any thoughts?

In HTTPERR logs check and see if you can find Connection Refused??
If yes.. then the issue is with NPP (Non-Page-Pool) memory.. on the FE servers it NPP should not be more than 100 MB
