How to sync Exchange 2010 forest contact to Exchange 2003 forst contact ?

Hi,

Hi,  My compay having Windows 2003 Enterprize forest with Exchange 2003 -SP2 setup, now compley associte with new orginazation which is having Windows 2008 + Exchange 2010 server setup. Now we want to contact sync between two forest and exchagne users. ? How ?
