Yes it may be &nbsp;possible to do this. Just Take out the battery from the mother board for 20 or 30 min and be sure to unhook the battery and power supply and press the power button for 20 seconds and put back together and see. <br />
Some newer model laptop have to have a master password as stated but I think on your model it may work.<br />

If you have proof of purchase, contact Dell, i'm sure that they will have a BIOS master password for you. I've been dealing with this for more than 8 years with a lot of Dell laptop series: C600, C610, D600, D610, D620 &amp;&nbsp;D620,etc...
