escaping doble quotes in asp VBScript Json String

I'm trying to parse a JSON string in asp VBScript. When I try to parse a JSON where one of the values has quotes in it I get an error:

Microsoft JScript runtime  error '800a139e'
Exception thrown and not caught
/json2.min.asp, line 28

json2.min.asp is an include file that is used to parse the JSON into something usable by asp. I've attached that file and my code is below. The error is being caused by the double quotes in Saab: "Sa""a""b. Does anyone know how to get around this? Thanks.
