Looks fine in IE, too.  The Flash file has a greyish background and that fills the full width of the table.  Is that not your intention?

I looked in Firefox 3.6.6 and Opera 10.6, neither displayed header filling top row.

My other Flash headers are fine - I'm baffled!

The header should extend to EACH side of the row.

Ah ha.

Your CSS file defines a div that is smaller than the movie:

#flash-header {
height:112px;  <------ movie is 130 px high
width:800px;
}

Change that to 130 and that should remove the problem.
