We have one user that is having trouble pulling up the address list in Outlook 2007. Getting error "address list cannot be displayed. Connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."
As far as I know, only one user is experiencing this problem. This an internal user, Outlook status shows connected and user has ability to send/receive email. Also, was able to download address book. I tried removing the Address book, but couldn't. Remove option is greyed out.
Environment is Exchange 2007 SP1 on mailbox server and SP3 on HUB/CAS boxes.
