Count-down timer in excel that will make a sound when time reaches 0.

I need some help in creating a count-down timer in Excel where I can enter the count-down time in seconds in one cell, and have another cell show the number of seconds remaining each second. When the countdown reaches 0 seconds it should make a sound and stop the countdown.
