I need some help in creating a count-down timer in Excel where I can enter the count-down time in seconds in one cell, and have another cell show the number of seconds remaining each second. When the countdown reaches 0 seconds it should make a sound and stop the countdown.

Thanks Dmitry. It wasn't what I was asking for, but was a better way to handle my need. Thanks for the suggestion! You asked a very good question.
