outlook anywhere not working

hi

i have been trying to get outlook anywhere

i have the right Certificate installed

but when i try to conect it wont allow me to i have installed the right things and enabled in exchange.

this i what i get when i do a test

 The RPC/HTTP test failed.
 Test Steps
 Attempting to resolve the host name haytecgroup.com in DNS.
 Host successfully resolved

according to this message:
The RPC/HTTP test failed.

I can only assume that its a port problem,
since further on you say port 443 (https) is open you should check RPC ports which are 135 and high-ports (1000-65535)
if its a problem openning up so many ports, you can restrict it to a static  port, read on here:

Does the server have internet access?
It looks like the third party Cert you are using requires an intermediate cert that the server cannot provide. You either need to allow the server (or client) to be able to access the full cert chain via the internet or install the intermediate certs on the server/client.

thanks yeah i have now fixed the isusse with the cert.

but i still gettiing the RPC Proxy can't be pinged

any other help
