ISA 2000 exclusion list.

Dears,
      I am going to install McAfee agent on ISA 2000 server , I have windows 2003 server , The Mcafee components are Mcafee VSE and anti spyware 8.5, system compliance 2 and Mcafee agent 4. so i need to know the exclusion list that i have to exclude from scanning on ISA 2000.

Wow, ISA2000?  That's 10 years old.

As far as I know you just need to exclude it from the Cache folder if you have web caching enabled.   Check you cache settings to see where it is set put the cache.  It can cause problems if a file in the cache gets deadlocked  with ISA and the AV playing tug-of-war with it.
