CItrix Profile Manager Fails to Install on Windows XP SP3

I am trying to install PM 3.1.1 on a Windows XP SP3 client machine
The installer commences successfully but fails when trying to install the service and then rolls back the installer before presenting the message "Citrix Profile management Setup Wizard ended prematurely".

I have read through several other posings with this issue and attempted the fixes recommended, which included:
Security Patch MS09-012 (KB952004)
Reinstalled XP Service Pack 3
Logged on as local and domain admin
Tried to install PM 3.1.0
Attempted installing the PM onto my own desktop pc running the same build

I have logged the verbose output of the msi to the log file attached if this offers any pointers to the issue

I have exhausted all posted solutions at the moment and would really appreciate any suggestions that you may have.

Thanks

This has been resolved
I just had to install a further MS Security Update (KB956572)
