Experts,

Since I transferred to Outlook 2010, my contacts are constant updated automatically with the GAL meaning that if there is other information in the GAL, my contacts in outlook are updated automatically.. since my contacts are more up to date than the GAL, I'm lost already a lot of information.. I tried to find out how to prevent this ?

thanks in advance

By using a Group Policy, the Global Address List synchronization can be disabled, and thus avoid unintended changes to contacts. Additionally, disabling the Outlook Social Connector altogether will also avoided unintended changes to contacts
