Although custom forms have many uses, there may be times when you’ll want to prevent particular users from creating custom forms. You can do this by navigating to the registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software<wbr />\Microsoft<wbr />\Office\10<wbr />.0\Outlook<wbr /> and creating a new DWORD value named NoOutlookFormsDesigner. Set the value to 1.<br />
