Issue is with Sphinx Windows 7 Firewall Control firewall software (from http://www.sphinx-soft.com/
) and NTR Support Pro.
Firewall will not let the NTR Support Pro system go through so I have to set the mode to Enable All when I do a support call.
I use Windows Vista and run the latest version 3.5.1131 of the Sphinx software.
Any ideas how to fix or suggestions for alternative Vist firewalls to run that won't take a huge payload on performance.
