Sphinx Firewall blocking NTR Support Pro remote access

Issue is with Sphinx Windows 7 Firewall Control firewall software (from http://www.sphinx-soft.com/) and NTR Support Pro.

Firewall will not let the NTR Support Pro system go through so I have to set the mode to Enable All when I do a support call.

I use Windows Vista and run the latest version 3.5.1131 of the Sphinx software.

Any ideas how to fix or suggestions for alternative Vist firewalls to run that won't take a huge payload on performance.

Thanks

Try making sure the following ports are open in the sphinx settings; 21, 110, 80, 443 & 11438

Else;
Eset Nod32 uses virus/security profiles rather than individual definitions; so it has a very minimal footprint and performance cost.

Last section of that pages provides what you need to open the ports.

Just create a rule for each of the ports i mentioned above; allowing TCP and UDP connections in BOTH DIRECTIONS.
