View an old .wps file

I have a bunch of old Microsoft Works .wps files that I can not open.  Is there a .wps viewer?  I am currently installing Office 2003.  Can office 2003 open a .wps file?

Word 2003 is able to open the following .wps files:

Works 4.x
Works 6.0 - 8.0
Works 7.0
Works for Windows 3.0
0
