I'm trying to add a resource to All Resources under the address book. All other rooms are showing up except this one. The address is not hidden.

verify that the description under the user properties starts with Resource

can you also run this from the shell and post (it is easier to copy and paste the filter)

They all start with CR. I don't see an exact location for Descroption.

I suppose it could be possible that exchange just hasn't updated the address book yet?

It was created a while ago by our other admin. He created it as a room. I used the shell to change it to a user room so it would match how the other ones were setup. It was also in a different location in AD and I also moved it to the same location earlier today.
