I'm trying to find help with a sequence diagram. The process is pretty simple. The application sends an email to select users who need to update their profile data. The email provides a link to the website with instructions of what to do. The user then either clicks the link and updates their profile or ignores the email. If they ignore it, then after 2 weeks they will get another email telling them they have to contact system support staff as the system has locked them out. I'm knew to UML, but I'm trying to get documentation up to date.Any help is appreciated. I'm using Vision.

for anything complicated, move from Visio to ArgoUML (it's free)
