I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Which OS and which version of Reader are you using. But, I agree with leakim971 that uninstalling and re-installing the latest version of the software should be your first action. If the error still occurs, we need to dig deeper.

The unistalled and reinstalled of the app was already done...this problem is actually happening to one of our temp users. When I log in as an admin, and run the app there is no "Run-time Error" but when I switch back to the user...the error returns.
