in sharepoint 2010 how can I hide list based upon what SP group a user belongs to?

follow steps given below
1. Browse to list
2. go to list's settings page, (click on library/list tab and click on settings)
3. Click 'Permissions for this document library'
4. there you need to edit permission and remove the group which you don't want to give any rights.
you can add new users as well if you want from there.
