Attached is my current c2811 router config.  I have successfully configured the websense method of URLfiltering without an actual websense server by just pointing the router to a dummy ip address and turning allow mode on and just managing a local url list of blocked websites.  This works to block my url list to all the clients with static bindings.  What I am having difficulty trying to do is applying this URL filtering to only a specific ip address.  In my case 192.168.0.12 (Mercedes)  can anyone help me?  A second question I have is, I also have a cisco 2950 switch that connects the clients is it possible to set up a VLan and apply this url filtering method to just this Vlan, so I can manage filtering by port # on switch in stead of managing by ip address?

You can trunk to the 2821 interface and place the filter just on a single vlan. For instance, can add a dot1q tagged interface and apply it there:

interface f0/0.20
description Vlan 20
encapsulation dot1q 20
ip address x.x.x.x y.y.y.y
ip inspect BLACKLIST in

The 2950's interface facing the router (connect to the 2821's f0/0) needs to be in trunk mode and passing dot1q tags:

int f0/24
switchport mode trunk
switchport trunk encap dot1q

I'm assuming everything else is on the default vlan 1. if not you'll need to make the vlan that the rest of the machines is on is the native vlan with switch trunk native vlan [vlan number]
