Cisco ACE

My Cisco ACE is hung and non-reponsive.  This particular ACE sits in a 6500 switch.  What is the best method to try to get it back online?  Reboot the switch? From CLI or Power button?  Other Ideas?

Depending on if you want to troubleshoot it or not you can restart the ace module without rebooting the switch.  You will lose all your log data so you might want to back it up first.  Here are the steps for that.  I would back up the data incase you encounter another issue, cisco will want the logs.
