This is using HP DL180 G6 server. This server has built-in NC362i dual port gigabit server adapter. If I plug in a new HP NC364 quad port gigabit NIC, can I form a teaming of 6gb? and How?

In http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/techsupport/driverdownload.jsp?prodnameid=3884340&lang=en&cc=us&prodtypeid=15351&prodseriesid=3884339&taskid=135 choose your language and operating system.

On the next page, browse to the Driver-Network section and download the HP Network Configuration Utility 10.0.0.0.

After installing the product, it creates an icon in the systray. On it, right button and Launch application.

Select the network interfaces, click Team button, and provide a name for the team.

In Properties, set the other options that you find necessary. Here you will choose as the team will work (network load balancing, fault tolerance, etc.)
