Backup failed

Hi Experts,
I make backups with BE12.5 from win 2003 and 2008.
BE12.5 is installed on Win2008 x64

The backup of server01 failed. The error code is :
Error: e000fe30 - A communications failure has occurred is received when backing up Microsoft SQL Server databases

I checked the service VSS WRITER, is ok.
But when I checked the command: VSSADMIN LIST WRITERS , then I have not stable messages, check here:
