I need to login to the console of a Citrix Access Gateway (version 4.5.8). I know this appliance runs Redhat Linux and I was expecting a login prompt but all I see is what I have uploaded to EE. See attached file. I am connecting via an Avocent IP KVM. Please can anyone suggest how I obtain a login prompt? CAG-Logon-Screen.docx

I tried this but SSH connections are being refused. I assume that this has never been setup or disabled. I know when i set this box up several years ago i had access to the console login.

I should have also stated that this is Citrix Access gateway Standard Edition.

The answer is the standard edition does not permit console access.
