Currenlry running Checkpoint Firewall on Nokia IP350 and have purchased a apir of Checkpoint Appliance IP565.  The SCS is running on Splat can I upgrade direct to R70 to be able to mange the R70 Gateways.

IS this a recommended upgrade path or would I better to build a fresh SCS with a clean install of R70  ?

Hi,

As long as you are not on R65.4 then this upgrade path is supported, however you are always better off with an upgrade_export from your current SC and importing it into a clean R70 build :)
