From address in WSS 3.0 Workflow

Is there a way to populate the From address in a WSS 3.0 Workflow Send Email action with a lookup field or variable.  Currently I can use a look up in the TO, CC and Subject fields but I don’t see a place to populate the From field.  Define Email

you can't do this out of the box, but there's a free 3rd party app that will allow you to do it:

you're looking for the  "Send Email Extended" feature.

i installed it on my WSS in order to use Lookup User Info feature, and i've had no problems with it.

Thank you for all your help.

Upon running the workflow I get the exception below.  The Sender and To fields are both populated and non urgent status is selected.  Any ideas?
