I have a list of questions (5 to 10 of them) I would like our customer service reps to answer for each account in salesforce.com. What is the best way to accomplish this?
Here is an example; Stated reason for using our products within your corporate strategy? A text box would be provided for the CSR’s to enter the answer.
This is basically a survey each CSR is completing for each account they own.
