Tend Micro OfficeScan 10 install on Wk8 R2 Standart edition
Hi
I installed the Tend Micro OfficeScan 10 successfully with this guide http://esupport.trendmicro.com/Pages/Installing-the-OfficeScan-10-server.aspx
I went for IIS7 option and local install
Install was quite easy and ended succesfully
When I go to admin console with this link https://serverIP:4343/officescan/default.htm I have a certificate error on the browser . If I continue I have a blank screen
It happens from any client and from Server console
Any idea will be more than wellcome
Thank you

If I connect to OffficeScan interface from ther server console It functions. Ie I can install the OScan client with https://localhost:4343/officescan/console/html/ClientInstall/officescannt.htm
But w7/XP clients can not reach https://serverIP:4343/officescan/console/html/ClientInstall/officescannt.htm
I added Fwall exception rules to W2K8R2 server. But nothing helped
All servers are within the same Network/Same sub network no firewall. On top of this http://ServerIP gives IIS7 welcome page
Any idea ?
Thanks

> Yes use the hostname of the server specified during setup to connect instead of the IP address.
This worked fine.
I am sure to have used IP addr instead of Host name while installing to avoid DNS issues .
Quite strange
