Hi,

I have a production log coded in VB. One of the forms has calendar control in it. I am getting error on few systems when i open this form. (Error description: run time error 339). Also in few systems I am getting MSDATGRD.OCX file missing error which has data grid. This is working fine on some other systems.
I dont have admin access to run package and deployment wizard.
I have MS Office 2003 and other systems are having MS Office 2007. Few systems are working fine.

Is there a way to get rid of this error with out replacing the file.

Regards,
Vb

Do you have permissions to to run Regsvr32.exe?  Make certain that the ocx is indeed registered properly.

I don't have permission to run regsvr. It would be good IF i get a solution other than replacing file. Is this something to do with version of MS Office

That OCX is indeed released with the office products and most likely does have something to do with versioning.

You have to re-register the OCX. If that still does not work, you need to copy one from other machine and register it.
