I have one Exchange 2007 server. &nbsp;My phone system is configured to send voicemail to email. &nbsp;This has been working fine until recently. &nbsp;Before the issue the email would have a WAV file attached with the voicemail message... Pretty simple!! &nbsp;Now, the email comes in with an attachment, but it is a .MSG. &nbsp;If you open the attached .MSG the WAV file is with it. &nbsp;The issue with that is Blackberry users cannot open the attached MSG file to get to their voicemail. &nbsp;I have already posted this issue with no success here:<br />

As a side note, when the email comes in Outlook classifies the email as a Unified Message, but I am not using Unified Messaging nor is it configured... To my knowledge...<br />

Exchange 2007 is modifying attachment format
