Setting user passwords on the ASA 5505

We recently had someone install a Cisco ASA5505 device in our office. Our outside employees are using the Cisco Client software to establish a VPN connection to the office. The installer of the device showed me how to use the ASDM to add users. My question is, using the ASDM is it possible to make the user change their password after the first login.

Like most secure sites I would like to issue a password when I add a new user but I would like to user to change it and keep up with there own passwords. I don't mind resetting a password if necessary but people remember passwords they create better that  ones they are issued.

They are authenticating with the local user database, so that answers that question.
Thanks
