2 calendars in Outlook 2010 but one only should be used

For a reason or another a user has 2 calendars in his outlook 2010 (Exchange 2010)

Unfortunately the user has used both calendars over the time.  Now we have to remove the default calendar to make the other one (more data) the default calendar.

We're not sure how to do that.

Besides, we have to move all the scheduled appointments the user has from the calendar to be removed to the new default calendar.

If they are both local calendar items then you should be able to export the non-default calendar, and then import it to the default calendar.  This can all be done by using the import and export option in the file menu.

I'm not sure to understand.  I forgot to mention that one of the calendar (the one that came by default when Outlook has been reinstalled) is in french canadian.  So I'm not sure I can export to import it back to the other english calendar.
