CallManager 6.1 Route List - Unknown

I have a route list that I created. For some reason it shows unknown in the status column. All of my other route lists are registered with either the Pub or the Sub. Where do I start to troubleshoot this? I already deleted it and recreated without any luck.

I rebooted my CM cluster over the weekend and the RL's are registering now.
Does this new list contain a valid Route Group?
Is it Enabled?
Can you post screen shot of the route list setup page?

Yes. It has a valid RG. I even tried using an existing RG without any luck. I will post a screenshot in the morning. Thx.
