Public Folders Scheduling Assistant tab missing OWA 2007

We are facing an issue where the Scheduling Assistant tab is not available (missing) when a new entry is being created in a public folder using OWA 2007. However, Scheduling Assistant tab  is available if a new entry is being created in the user's calendar in OWA and also using the Outlook client for both the user calendar and public folder.

Our environment consisit of a Exchange 2007 CCR cluster, Outlook 2003 clients and a Exchange 2003 server (which is about to be decommisioned in the near future).

Any ideas I am at a lost

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Public folders will not have any user's Free/busy info, so you will not see Scheduling tab in there.
Only system folder (Public folders) will have that info which is not visible on user's end.
But it will seen while booking the resource room mailbox.

After contacting Microsoft we found out that the Scheduling Assistant tab for the public folders, though it is availble when using the Outlook client, is not included in OWA by design
