How to modify Ownership of LOGMEIN account

Hi,
I am new using logmein.
I got a new customer and I noticed that the IT guy before use LOGME IN to give maintenance to several computers and 1 server. Can you please advise me how to remove those rights from him and I want to have control over those computers using my LOGMEIN account?.

I believe all you need to do is uninstall the logmein client that is on the system then re-install under your own account. There may be other ways, but that has worked for me.

What version of Logmein do I need to install on the clients and what version I need to install on my end as troubleshooter?.

Whatever version is currently on the logmein website after you logon to your account should be the best. Specifically though, start with the free edition but check out if the support or pro versions are worth paying for for your situation/needs. If you find yourself wanting to switch later, easy to change.
