Hello i'm using Switchvox free edition and I have this annoying problems

1) e-mail from voicemail doesn't work I have set it up and I believe correctly when I do a test send to verify smtp info it sends and I receive the it without a problem. however when a voicemail ends up in one of the boxes although I have it set to send me an e-mail it never does. The voicemail box in question a is a virtual extension which goes into a general mailbox when a call has been left in the Que. too long. Any advice on this would be very helpful and much appreciated.

Just an idea - can you log into the extension via the web interface?  If so, check and see what the voicemail settings are there.  I haven't tried this with a virtual extension myself.
