I would like to have a chat feature on my main web page that I could access with my iPhone.

In an ideal world the customer would click chat and would reach me on my desktop or iPhone. I would be able to choose and would also be able to have it ask for an e-mail address if I am offline.

What can I use to accomplish this?

I've used BoldChat before and it is very good. This was before there was an iPhone app, but they now have an iPhone app.

http://www.boldchat.com/

Good luck,
