Mitel 5550 Console Error

Hi all,
We are currently getting the following error on our Mitel 5550 IP Console:

**Message**
Database server is not running

**Description**
Server System is accessible but Postgres Database Server is not running on the attendant system


Any ideas how to resolve this?

Is the Postgres Database running on a windows box?

We turned off the setting in the console menu as it did not appear to be in use.
