How to get started with localization/internationalization  in C program?
i mean i want create simple localization/internationalization program in C.

The language doesn't have any specific support for localisation so you will have to implement it yourself. The simplest way is to store your strings in text files, one for each language and load the correct file for the system you are running on. You will have to decide how you plan to identify the language of choice, either by setting your own config or using system calls to find the current locale settings.

any website links or any books that help me to implement localization in C. I tried googling i couldn't find any helpful resource.

Yeah, that's not really surprising, localisation is a bit of a black art and there are no great solutions. Often, it's better to use whatever localisation framework is implemented by your development tools. For example, if you were developing using Visual Studio you could use the localisation tools build into that.

What platform are you targeting and what development tools will you be using?
