hey Guys,

i want the code to do a please wait with an gif for asp:PostBackTrigger, for AsyncPostBackTrigger  it works fine

that works but if a put a validation the please wait still diplays. i want when click the valdator to pop up and the please wait no to show.

it does work but, i have asp validators rigth, when i click it the please wait shows which is not what i want, plus the validators do not work the event click still activates?

Can any i help me?

put this simple javascript after the closing html tag
<script type="text/javascript">
        function callMe()
            if(Page_IsValid == true)
                a = document.getElementById("divToShowID");
       = "";
        Page_IsValid = false;

then set the OnClientClick="callMe();" of the button
