win server 2003 crashes

hi experts
i have a server with win 2003 SP2,got crashed yesterday and no dump files  created for yesterday crash! able to see a log in event viewer "The previous system shutdown was unexpecte Event ID:6008" and the last event in event viewer is "Failed GET SENSOR READING, sensor 9 Event ID:57"!
can any 1 help me on this

Boot this server with Last Known Good Configuration and try once.

The temporary solution to this problem appears to be disabling the HP ASR.  This then stops the reboots.

This has been going on since 2007 and does not seem to resolved on DL 3xx systems.

server auto recovers and runing now!
need to fix the event ID 57!

installed latest ILO!Will let you once there is an issue!

but server doesnt reboot frequently,once or twice in a month!
