Boot this server with Last Known Good Configuration and try once.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

The temporary solution to this problem appears to be disabling the HP ASR.  This then stops the reboots.

This has been going on since 2007 and does not seem to resolved on DL 3xx systems.
