Does anyone have a (simple) source code of the above problem written in python, java or c++?

I've tried it but it's too comlex with no definition of classes graph, heap, vector.
My goal is to write it in python so this would be too much work to translate this one.

My link has branch-and-bounds pseudocode which is relatively easy to translate into python.
