List Folder Structures in Windows 2008 and Permission levels applied

Hello
I wanted to do an Audit on a folder structure. Idealy I would like a clean tool that lists the folders and the AD user rights applied.

icacls included with OS (replaces xcacls)
example.exe
icacls c:\windows\* /save AclFile /T
