Operation not yet implemented - Excel (Data Only) Export

I have recently installed Crystal Reports Server 2008 and applied all updates to SP2. When I schedule reports and use the format of "Excel (Data Only)" they fail with the following message:

Error in File ~tmp616064274adcfe8.rpt: Operation not yet implemented.

I am able to export reports to any other format without problems (Excel, Word, PDF, text, etc...). This error only occurs with "Excel (Data Only)" format.

Thanks in advance!

On a side note, I can open the report in Crystal Reports on the server and export it to "Excel (Data Only)" manually.

If you look at the directory  C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\

both the crxf_xls.dll and crxf_xls_res_en.dll files are present on the system which I believe are the dll that control the conversion to Excel.

I am not sure what this issue was but it wasn't due to the report itself. Since this was a new installation, I just uninstalled Crystal Reports Server and reinstalled, applied SP2 and all is well now. The report runs without problems when exporting to Excel Data Only format.
