URGENT - MSAccess Macro Security in Citrix Environment

Is there a way in a Citrix envirornment to enable macros in MSAccess for all users as the default?

Currently, users are prompted with an option to enable macros or databases that are running VBA code but it's not always apparent to the user what they are supposed to do and they presume there is something wrong with the databases.

Trying to simplify things for the users as well as myself.

So there are two issues I have run into: macro security enabled at a level other than Low and a lack of a digital signature.  First, make sure your access files are digitally signed.  Then, what I do (and it only works well when you have a new server or can delete everyone's profiles), is to sign on as a test user, go into access and set Macro Security to Low, sign off, and then copy the NTUser.dat file from the test user to the Default User profile.  Then all new logins inherit the Low macro security.
