From the Run line try to open it using the outlook.exe /v command found here:

You need to import the file in Outlook--> go to import and export wizrd and try to import it.

Is it just a single .vcf you cannot open or multiple? If you're only having problems with this one you can just open it in a text editor and copy the data.

How do I uninstall Office 2003, Office 2007 or Office 2010 suites if I cannot uninstall it from Control Panel? follow the link below,
