I can set up a profile, but i cannot save it to be the default. &nbsp;The FAQ's claim it will save if you accept, but that does not happen. &nbsp;I am using the solution center to create and save profiles.

I can set up a profile, but i cannot save it to be the default.  The FAQ's claim it will save if you accept, but that does not happen.  I am using the solution center to create and save profiles.
