Microsoft suggests you should add the site using report viewer control as a trusted site.

I am looking for a solution where the client does not have to do anything.  Is there any patch or setting on the server side?

I have searched around but  there doesn 't seem to be such a solution -patch or setting on the server side- from Microsoft yet.
